Dr Laura Clark
I have a specialist interest in women’s health, hormones and lifestyle medicine, and a genuine belief that women deserve more time, clearer answers and care that makes sense of the whole picture.
My additional training in women’s health, gynaecology, sexual health and contraception has grown naturally from seeing how often women’s symptoms are dismissed or misunderstood. I’m a member of the British Menopause Society and currently working towards my advanced menopause care certification, and I’ve also studied with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, because real change usually comes from blending medical science with everyday life.
I work both in the NHS and privately, and my approach is shaped as much by lived experience as by clinical training. I know how disruptive hormonal symptoms can be when you don’t feel like yourself, and how frustrating it is to be told “everything looks normal” when you know something isn’t right. My focus is to listen properly, join the dots, and create a plan that genuinely supports your wellbeing.
As a Former Clinical Lecturer at Manchester University and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, I use my teaching background to empower women to better understand their health.
If you’re feeling dismissed, unsure, or simply want a doctor who takes the time to understand what’s going on, you’re in the right place.

Dr Katie Hilton
I’m a GP with more than 20 years’ experience and a specialist focus on women’s health, hormones, menopause and lifestyle medicine. My approach is centred on truly understanding the whole picture, joining the dots between symptoms, history, lifestyle and the often overlooked factors that influence how women feel day to day. I believe every woman deserves care that is unrushed, holistic and grounded in both medical expertise and genuine listening.
At SHE Health I provide private women’s health care, supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, contraception, cycle concerns and complex hormone related symptoms. I hold the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare and the Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine, and I am a member of the British Menopause Society (BMS). I have also completed additional BMS training, including the Principles and Practice of Menopause Care (PPMC), to ensure my practice reflects the most up to date, evidence based guidance.
Much of my passion comes from years of seeing how lifestyle, stress, environment and hormonal change interact, and how often women are told their symptoms are “normal” when they clearly don’t feel right. I am committed to addressing root causes wherever possible, blending medical treatment with personalised lifestyle strategies that support long term health and wellbeing.
My goal is to offer a space where you feel heard, understood and fully supported. Whether you’re struggling with symptoms, feeling overwhelmed or simply want clarity and a plan, I’m here to guide and empower you with personalised, whole person care that makes sense of your symptoms and helps you regain confidence and control over your health.

Our Values
- We start by listening. Every consultation begins with a conversation. We take time to understand your symptoms, your history, and the stage of life you are in before anything else.
- We join the dots. Women's health is rarely one thing. Hormones, nutrition, sleep, stress and medical history all intersect. We look at the full picture to understand what is really driving how you feel.
- We treat you as an individual. No two women are the same. Your care is tailored, thoughtful and specific to you, not based on a template or protocol.
- We combine medical expertise with lifestyle medicine. We use evidence-based medicine alongside practical, sustainable lifestyle support and holistic care to improve how you feel now and support your long-term health.
- We prioritise understanding and informed choice. We explain what is happening in your body, what your results mean, and the options available to you. This allows you to make informed decisions about your health with clarity.
